Unfortunately I can’t give them zero. The worst customer service ever we were waiting for so long to get right shoes size but the salesperson couldn’t find it she gave us a different color and she insurance us that’s gonna be the same price which is 19.99$. When we got to the checkout they said it’s 39.99. When we told them what the salesperson said they said she left and she made a mistakes and refuse to match the price we ended up by leaving and wasting two hours for nothing. I would never came back again.

I usually enjoy shopping at Guess. But I don't think I'll be going back to this location anytime soon. My husband picked out a shirt he liked, on the table right above it was a sign, buy 1 get one 50 percent off. However, when we took them to the checkout, it was a different story. Apparently they meant for a pair of Jeans, also on the table, but no where near the sign. All I got out of the supervisor was, I can see how this seems misleading(??) I took a picture but I can't seem to add it to my review...how convenient

My first time at this store. The staff was helpful. Asked right away. If I needed any help...As I didn't want to be quick to choose. Take your time look around. When i seemed undecided. I felt comfortable.... Not rushed at all

Guess is my favorite brand, but on boxing day, this store decided to keep people in cold and then said to the people in the queue, to leave they can't wait. People were coming out of the store, almost more than 50 people came out of the store but they didn't let anyone go in. On being asked to the manager, they said we will let you in once enough people go out, not considering how cold is outside. The store was just trying to attract more people by queuing up outside thinking that people will see a bigger queue and they can get more sale.

My wife purchased 2 handbags. They billed one handbag twice and didn't bill the lower priced handbag. We need to visit the store again driving an hour to get it corrected.

i have had some great experiences at this store. The staff members i interacted with were all very kind and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. They have so much knowledge on all the product i could tell they were passionate about it. So many choices and variety.

Putting false advertisement… had a sign stating 25% off the entire wall, but when taking an item to the cash, they would say “oh no, this is not part of that wall” and charge you full price. Rude manager that didn’t care about good customer service.

I don’t recommend buying sunglasses from this store , I bought 2 sunglasses ? 2 years apart, didn’t enjoy wearing them because of a manufacture defect, away from that the staff are friendly & helpful
