I had a great experience buying my first car from Kanata Honda. I worked with Allen to get a new Civic and he made the entire process seamless. From the initial test-drive to picking up the car, I received consistent and excellent customer service. Allen was patient, knowledgeable, and transparent about every aspect of the purchase. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the features of the car, which made me feel confident in my decision.I am thrilled with my new Civic and I can't thank Allen and the rest of the Kanata Honda team enough for their assistance. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. They truly go above and beyond to make the car buying experience enjoyable.

In my recent visit to this location, I had a broad idea of what I was looking for, but nothing specific. Sydney was able to listen to everything I had to say, she asked the right questions, and was able to narrow me down to the car that meets my requirements and even more. Not only that, but I was full of questions, but she didn’t hesitate to explain every little thing, show me around and make me feel very welcome. I will recommend her to everyone I know, and I will always be going back to her. Nothing like shopping for your first car leaving happy and taken care of :).

Service department. Thanks so much for your help! My car started to issue strange sounds. I came for inspection to Kanata Honda early morning. My car was inspected. Problem was determined and fixed- immediately! In very short time. I feel safe to drive now. Thank you, guys!

It was my first experience with Honda Kanata and definitely my last. A few weeks ago, we purchased an $80,000+ 2024 Honda Pilot Black Edition with accessories. Finally it was ready for pick up. When we handed over the keys to our trade-in I noticed that the trade-in vehicle was described as a 2017 Infiniti Q60 (our other car). The car that we brought in for appraisal is a 2016 Infiniti QX60. I told them about the mistake and they soon realized that even though they test drove the QX60, they based their trade-in offer on the VIN number of the Q60. The insurance paper had the VIN for both my vehicles; they wrote down the wrong one. Rather than apologize for the mistake as well as keeping us there for 1.5 hours waiting for them to figure out their mistake, the sales manager Peter comes back to us and gives us a take it or leave it trade-in offer, which was significantly less. He said that this is the new price or no deal. He even did not admit blame for this whole situation when they are the ones that fill out the paper work. I realize that mistakes happen and I was ready to find a happy medium for both parties but when he came back and implied that his dealership was not fully responsible for this mess, as well as the "take it or no deal" offer, my wife and I were completely insulted! The treatment and customer experience by Peter was horrific. If this is how you are treated when buying the vehicle, I can only imagine how bad it would be if things go wrong down the road. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Next time apologize for your mistake and at least give the customer time to consider the new deal. Mistakes happen but it's how they are handled that counts! It felt that we were being accused of trying to commit fraud, even though I was the one that pointed out the mistake. Even our sales person realized that he made the mistake. When I attempted to explain to Peter what happened, he just got up and walked away. My wife and I were both stunned! The handling of the situation was horrendous. You cannot treat your customers like this! Ironically, Peter's employee description on the Kanata Honda website says this: "Peter is dedicated to customer satisfaction and works closely with our sales team to ensure you are confident and happy with your purchase". This does not describe the same Peter that we met!

Donya was exceptional, she was readily available to answer all my enquiries, what she couldn’t answer, she sought out the appropriate people who could.
