Staff is nice and some of them even knowledgeable. But you get the occasional cashier who gives you a box lid when you ask for a box.

Fantastic Selection and Great Service at the LCBO
I was very impressed with my visit to this LCBO. The store was extremely clean and well organized, which made for a very pleasant shopping experience. The selection of products was vast and impressive, with an incredible variety of spirits, wines, and beers to choose from.
What I particularly enjoyed was the extensive selection of coolers. As someone from Quebec, these specific products are not available where I live, so it was a real treat to be able to browse and purchase them here. It's a great reason for me to visit again!
The staff was also wonderful. A friendly employee noticed me Browse and was quick to ask if I needed any help finding anything. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made the visit even better. This LCBO is a great example of a well run store with a fantastic product range and helpful staff.
Highly recommended.

LCBO – 858 March Rd, Kanata, ON
Great place if you’re looking for a solid beer and spirits selection, and often one of the better spots in Kanata for vintage wines and rare finds. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, especially when you need pairing ideas or niche products . The store feels clean and well-organized, with friendly staff and a safe atmosphere thanks to visible security presence .
However, the wine selection can feel limited, especially during peak hours when queues get long and aisle access gets tight, it’s a smaller LCBO overall, so don’t expect the volume of the downtown flagship locations .
Overall: A convenient local option in Kanata with friendly service and decent variety—especially for beer and spirits. Wine fans seeking broader selection might need to try other LCBOs.

There is a customer service guy who is 1000% racist. His name is Mark ,He was not allowing us to buy because one of my friend who touched alcohol doesn’t have an Id. what the heck ? He was treating us very badly and shouting.when we came back with ID he said they are closed. And allowed a lady to buy

Normally, the staff at the LCBO are super helpful. Unfortunately, I got the older guy with the gray hair and beard who likes to be condescending. He also didn’t know there are French rieslings.
Maybe this is the wrong job for him?

The last stop for booze in Kanata! And while it might not have the biggest selection the bases are covered with a vintages section, sizeable beer fridge and a healthy range of spirits. Enough to get you through a weekend in the country!

Found this LCBO not far from my new house in Morgan’s Grant. Seems to have a good selection of wines, beer and spirits! The guy who was at the cash register was friendly!

Smaller location, so not as well stocked as other locations. Employees are friendly. Conveniently located right next to a Metro.

Kanata north. Good selection and friendly staff. Special value items are located on aisle ends, decent sized beer cooler, plenty of craft brewers available.
