“I bought a brewzilla Gen 4 last year in March from DeFalcos and I recently had an issue where the cable and internal inlet burnt out during boiling on my brewday (less than a month before the warranty ends!)
They quickly got the replacement parts that were out of stock at the time (less than a week). I was able to brew again the day after they got the parts thanks to their expedited shipping with Canada Post (I’m in the GTA).
They explained how to install the parts in detail and it took me less than an hour. I highly recommend coming in if you want to buy the Brewzilla!”
“The Beer King lives up to its name - if you buy beer in bulk, you won't find better deals! ? Great prices on large cases, and the sale prices when you buy multiple cases are unbeatable! Although, prices on individuals and small packs are comparable to other places nearby. ?
The walk in fridge takes up the bulk of the store and has a great assortment of beers and malt liquor based canned drinks.”
“Never had a bad experience, even when I ended up with a rotten box of wine(not their fault from supplier).. they exchanged no issues and the staff was attentive and super helpful..I appolgize to the staff working for my irritation..wasn't quite a "Karen"-- just didn't want to go home with another rotten wine!!-- lol..Thanks again”
“I usually find exactly what I need from the huge selection at this store. Although, on my last visit, they were out of the cans of the grapefruit Radler from Germany that I often purchase, but I found some excellent local craft beer to satisfy my craving for something different!!”

“2nd time at this location, the service was fast, and they have a good system for bottle return and I was served with a nice smile. I was a bit lost finding what I was looking for, I couldn't find someone to help me, lol I am not a regular... but hey you guys were very busy and I eventually found it, I will for sure go back to this location. The smell at the door of old booze was a bit hard to take for me, but hey it's sticky and messy I get it.”

“I love going to this store but the only issue I had today was the part where I made a trip their tonight and little did I know they are closed. I know its my fault for not doing my research I know I should have looked up the store hours online but the question is why do they have to close so Dame early at 6? I know it's Sunday and thankfully you guys are open till 9 on most days. But in my opinion this store should be open till at least midnight every night because their are a lot of people who work late hours and they deserve to have a few drinks after a long hard day at work. Next time I will be more then happy to look up the hours. And I'm sorry for complaining.”

“Fantastic Selection and Great Service at the LCBO
I was very impressed with my visit to this LCBO. The store was extremely clean and well organized, which made for a very pleasant shopping experience. The selection of products was vast and impressive, with an incredible variety of spirits, wines, and beers to choose from.
What I particularly enjoyed was the extensive selection of coolers. As someone from Quebec, these specific products are not available where I live, so it was a real treat to be able to browse and purchase them here. It's a great reason for me to visit again!
The staff was also wonderful. A friendly employee noticed me Browse and was quick to ask if I needed any help finding anything. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made the visit even better. This LCBO is a great example of a well run store with a fantastic product range and helpful staff.
Highly recommended.”

“A pretty unusual Beer Store where you don’t have access to the cold storage space where beer is kept. Instead, you order on a digital screen and an assistant brings your order out of the cold room. Good selection of beers here.”
