The delivery was bang on. I have bought countless mattresses over many years, but I learned more about mattresses and how important they are for

Marc, in Kanata, was so helpful explaining all the benefits and drawbacks of the different types of mattresses for our individual requirements. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and set up the new mattress were so professional and very kind.

The entire process was excellent from choosing a mattress to the delivery, to having the mattress brought back to the factory to have softer coils fitted, (fast turnaround - picked up on Tuesday afternoon and dropped back off on Thursday morning). The tracking app with a map was a great help with knowing exactly when the truck would arrive. Over all it was a great experience an I would highly recommend Lapensee to anyone who is looking for a new mattress.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. Marc the manager in Kanata was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time needed to understand our needs and helped us in making the right decisions. The mattresses and E4 bases were delivered as promised and the delivery crew were respectful and professional.

I must've laid on 25 matresses across 5 stores, and this place has the best one.
Staff is non-commission so they're not pushy for a sale and are quite friendly.
Installers were a breeze and left their shoes at the door.
And a 20 year warranty at that.
