Excellent products, way better than the big 5. Daniel Uracz is the best! Love that I can email my banker and he knows who I am and replies with personalized service usually within a few hours.

Extremely disappointed in the service received for our mortgage renewal by this branch. My husband and I had issues with Meridian when we signed in 2018 however, we’re optimistic and renewed again this past fall. Miriam lacked customer service and professionalism in the process. Again, we had issues with our payments due to an error at the branch level (confirmed by Meridian head office).
My husband and I tried to get in contact with Miriam a number of times which resulted in no call backs or communication.
Extremely disappointing overall experience by the Kanata branch.

Always friendly and helpful.They will ask if I want a coffee tea or water when i step in for an appointment.Good rates...all the same products as a bank except far more personalized service.
