“Kyle x Connor were fast and professional on a holiday Sunday at 9am. We are about to drive to Nelson BC and realized we had forgotten to do the oil change x filter for our Audi Q5. Not only were they prepared and had all they need d but they were kind, calm and courteous. We’ve been moving and juggling a lot the last 10days and we really appreciated their customer service.”

I was able to get work quickly as compared to other mechanic shops. They were quick, professional and got back my car on the road within minutes without wasting any unnecessary time.

When I pulled up to Mr. Lube for this repair, I showed the broken attachment to Earnest, who brightly said, “I might have one of those”. He returned a moment later, fixed my windshield wiper and I was on my way in three minutes. Earnest didn’t charge me. I am so grateful for this kindness. I will won’t forget it, or you, Earnest.”
