I’ve never experienced such a rude and arrogant attitude at an auto repair shop in my life. The staff here clearly have no respect for customers or basic manners. Instead of helping or explaining things properly, they talked down to me like I didn’t matter. Couple young lads even pushed for no reason. If you value your time, money, and self-respect, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of other shops that know how to treat people right.

Would not provide quote without doing diagnostic, but promised to waive $75 diagnostic fee if work was done there. Instead, they quoted twice the labor of the 4 other quotes I received, and they were the only ones to mark up the part by $100. Had the work done elsewhere for much cheaper.
