Love coming to this location! Clean organized and they pretty much have everything I need for my pets! I'd like to compliment one of the staff members named AJ, she was very helpful when I went recently and answered all my questions regarding certain products I need. Thank you AJ for all your help!

Some things are just a bit too pricy for me though. Really depends on what you are looking for.

Good prices when there sales 40-50% off. Staff is always friendly/helpful when I go in. Way better than petsmart who since covid has greatly overcharged for everything (esp toys) and have next to no sales.

I had a very poor customer service experience here on May 26th.
I have emailed and left a voice mail to the corporate head office and have yet to hear back.
If this is how you treat your clients, I would prefer to take my business elsewhere.

Kindly check your email and voice mail.
As there has been no resolution, I will be frequenting a competitor and advising every acquaintance to avoid Ren’s as well.

Recently started shopping at Ren’s Pets and it was a great experience. Very friendly atmosphere and good prices. Good perks for multiple purchases. Very nice and helpful staff!
