“Storage is storage. Kept clean and lit, plowed and security stops in later at night.
But what really makes it is when the staff are willing to go above and beyond to help out in any way they can.
Dealt with Peter and Cindy, and thats what made the experience really. Just two nice people who work with you whenever you need.
Cindy was patient when my credit card wasn’t working (had to call the bank 3 separate times on hold 30 minutes to resolve a new card activation…) and made sure we got the payment through in time.
Peter was always timely on site to offer any assistance needed.
If it weren’t for the customer focus, it would just be a storage facility. But people like that make the difference.”
