Signature Centre is a convenient mall with a well-laid out design and most basic amenities. It offers a nice small selection of retail shops and lots of variety, though some stores are older. Its location is super convenient for local residents, with park trails connecting to it. The centre is good for everyday errands, including banking and a post office. A noted negative is the lack of safe pedestrian crossings, creating some danger. Local traffic and parking can also get busy at times.
Nice little plaza with basic essentials such as shoppers drug mart, lcbo, and dairy queen. There's also some restaurants, Zak's diner being one of them

We heard the food. There is really good, but we were also told the milkshakes are spectacular, and they are just that.
