Extremely rude staff. Poor selection of merchandise. Store was chaotic and dirty. You're wasting your time to shop here as there are so many other footware stores in the immediate area.

Bought a pair of boots online but they didn't fit so I had to return them. This location was the closest for me at the time (about a 45 minute drive) and when I went in I had forgot my credit card that I purchased the boots with. The Sales Associate processed the return for me anyway and was super friendly. Thank you for the positive experience, I'll defiantly be back next time I am in Ottawa.

I entered store to exchange my boots for a size 9. I was greeted by every associate in the store. They were friendly and professional in both action and appearance. Rona, went above and beyond to find the perfect boots for me! Extremely satisfied!
