I was a costumer of TD for more than 20 years and never had any other bank for my financial needs. That was before I met this branch representative Abayomi. unprofessional long and inappropriate service. I don’t want to describe our story. But if someone needs to update their mortgage Neve Never go to this branch. So for the end of this story we will move our family finance to CIBC .

I have been a customer of TD for a while now and was ok with them until recently.I recently applied to get an increase to my HELOC limit at this branch with Abayomi Shote and was told that I should pay admin fees again (after already paying for it initially, and then at the renewal date again). I mentioned that I would not want the increase if there are fees associated with it. After making this clear, my application was put on hold back in December. A couple of days ago, I noticed a hard hit on my credit score from TD. When I reached out to them, I was told the hit was done because of the increase I requested! I then reached out to Abayomi who was supposed to put a hold on this, and he accused me of lying and that there were no hits on my credit profile. I did send him a screenshot of the report so that he could see it for himself. The manager Maciej was also ccd on the email. I have not heard anything back from them since!Also, a couple of months ago, when my mortgage was up for renewal, I was not given a great rate, so I decided to switch providers. I got a good rate elsewhere and after spending so much time shopping around, I went in the branch to get my final mortgage statement. That was when I was approached by the branch manager and was offered the same rate as the other lender! I mean, when I have been a customer with TD for so long, shouldn't I be getting the best rate to start with? Why waste everyone's time? I made the mistake of staying with them because of the HELOC which now I regret!

I come here regularly and normally have a positive experience. Today I went to pay my taxes as I have done for over the past 5 years with no issues at this location. When I went today the teller was super rude, condescending and not very helpful. He was ranting to me about a form I needed to pay my taxes that "I should have gotten in the mail." I get all my CRA letters electronically and I have never been asked for this form before when paying my taxes and turns out I didn't actually need it. I had to do all the problems solving for this staff. The front desk supervisor sat there and watched her staff be super rude and did nothing. Staff should be calmer and not escalate situation when they are faced with requests they are not familiar with. I hope they are given some customer service training as I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received.

Despite having an appointment with Karen Wheaton, October 2022 she tried to dismiss me in the hallway, denying a service based on “She never did that before and Shahraz Akram told her he did not donit as well ”. The service she denied is available and being provided by TD bank. Disappointing that even Linda - customer service manager declined to show up after 2 requests while the brand manager was on vacation as Karen explained. Shahraz failed to answer my call and never returned my voice mail message. Being a long time TD client for all my businesses, all my family memebers’ personal needs i was shocked how unfriendly, arrogant and unknowledgeable the employees in this branch are. Seems like the whole branch is negligent of TD bank’s policies , rules and services they provide.It was very uncomfortable to disclose my business requests and continue conversation in the hall while other visitors were listening because Karen chose not to let me in the room though i have a booked appointment which i had waited for.I think the branch management need retraining and learn about how to deal with clients, how to respect privacy of clients’ personal and business information, study bank’s services, policies and rules.P.S. The service was eventually provided by another employee through a phone call appointment in October 21st, 2022 after i made a complaint though a phone help line. The service is available and TD Kanata Eagleson were not aware of it and yet decline to make some research of own banks services and policies.

Been with TD for years but strange how my ex gets a $30k line of credit offer from them while making half the money. But for me, its not worth applying so I can clear title to pay her off. Really goes to show how irrelevant chartered bankings are and how obsolete their services.

Used to be with TD until I was somehow transferred to a new plan for $50/month. Their arguement was that they put me on their best plan according to my usage history... I wasn't refunded the $150 I was charged and I was disrespected when I mentioned I was switching banks. Disgusting behaviour all around.I would never recommend TD to anyone.I swapped to RBC and don't pay any monthly fees. They're also open far more often and way more respectful than anyone at TD.

Straight up horrendous management. The branch is empty and the manager is not even willing to hold accountability for TD dragging my wire transfer by over 10 days. I made it clear to her that it's urgent and they just wouldn't understand. I got my transaction completed at another branch without their unnecessary appointment BS. All they needed to do is to simply call the TD Cross border line to confirm that I'm authenticated so they unlock my account.. The entire process wouldn't have taken them more than 10 minutes. What an embarrassment this branch is.

Called just after lunch to inquire about a tax problem that was associated with a question regarding my First Time Homebuyers plan. The woman assured me someone would call by the end of the day as they are now closed for the weekend. Thank you very little. I remember why we switched banks and all our investments. DO NOT choose this branch for anything...
