I am really happy about my longtime Koodo membership. I bought a new phone close to closing time and it didn’t transfer my old data correctly but, I returned the next morning and Nema was incredibly helpful and easily fixed me up.

Nema was an outstanding service provider. Salah also helped me out. Really nice clean store, pleasant and friendly staff. My only little complaint is the locked door that you have to ring the bell to be allowed entry.

Went in yesterday to purchase a new phone, I was helped by SUPER nice staff. He was able to get me a better deal with better perks! I've been with koodo for many years and have never been disappointed with the service! Highly reccomend this location!

Save yourself the hassle, walk over to Best Buy. This location wasn't any help with solving my issues with Telus and Best Buy's mobile team took care of everything.

I lost my phone the night before I went into the store and was pretty upset. They gave me a brand new pixel 8 for $10 a month, made my plan $15 cheaper per month and gave me another 45G of data. Best experience with a Koodo/Telus store.

In May 2023, I changed my plan and purchase new devices when Telus representative called. It ends up with nightmare. Each month, I have received bills that do not reflect the promised pricing. It has been incredibly frustrating to spend 3 to 4 hours on the phone with Telus customer service every month, trying to rectify these billing discrepancies. I have explained the situation repeatedly, and yet, the incorrect billing persists.To add insult to injury, today, after three months, I was informed that I am locked into a two-year contract for my phone and a three-year contract for my business internet service. This revelation came as a complete shock to me, as the Telus representative who initially sold me the plan had assured me that I was signing up for a two-year plan. At no point during our conversation did he mention the existence of a fixed contract term. Furthermore, I explicitly communicated that I did not need a business internet plan, I was told it come with the plan. . However, the representative conveniently omitted any mention of a 36-month contract associated with the internet service.

Went in looking for a new phone as I was having troubles with my old one. Salah helped me out finding which plan and phone would work best for me. Salah spent probably an hour and half helping me because I was very picky on what I wanted my plan to have and to not have and he would adjust it to fit my wants and needs. Salah even stayed late on a Friday to try and get my new phone downloaded with my data from my old phone which was not my intention but I was very grateful for him being patient with me and being very helpful and informative. Would recommend this Telus as I've always had great experience here and this is where I go for all of my phone needs. Great job Salah and the Kanata Telus team!
