Reserved a tool online (took less than a min.). Two mins for the tool pickup. 30 seconds for drop-off and sign out. Staff is extremely amazing and helpful.

Employees are knowledgeable and show you how to use the equipment prior to the rental and will allow you to "reset" shop the store and start your rental tome when your depart.
