staff is great, items are usually on the shelves but...name of comapany should be 5dollarama not much for a dollar any more

This dollar store is the same as most Dollarama but the staff follow you around while you shop for no reason. Also, I was there to get simple brown paper to wrap a parcel to ship and they didn't have that which usually Dollarama do. The staff seemed unhelpful, and unconcerned. Besides that the shelves have a lot of other stuff, and seem neat to look at. The store was clean but I think the staffing could be trained better on customer service.

I was in this store yesterday, and all the isles were filled with boxes and employees who won't move for you and if you ask some of the older employees to excuse you so you can get by they either stand there or give you a dirty look. I only go in this one if Im In that area of town.

Needed to use the washroom and was refused...never have that issue at any of the others...will never shop here..and didn't purchase what I needed...This is horrible customer service.

Clean and bright. Well stocked. Friendly staff at the cash. They opened more cashes when the lounge got a bit long. Overall good.
