If you own a vehicle, this is one of these places. You just have to go to at least once a year. The strategy is it's the final location that's not too busy and book an appointment.

This location was quick best time to go is when it first opens in the morning. Better experience in Kemptville than I had in Ottawa. At the Ottawa location you end up waiting 3-4 hours surrounded by student foreigner drivers who are confused. But Kemptville location was great in and out in half hour.

Amazing service. Wait was 5 minutes and actual job was done in 3 mins. We were in and out in less time than 10 minutes
