This place operated with absolutely integrity and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I had brakes done and the brakes needed a bit more bleeding but I live in Winnipeg and shane covered another shop doing the work.

We were pulling a boat on a tandem trailer for a fishing trip near Minaki. At the Clearwater Plaza we noticed one of the tires on the trailer had nearly come off. The bearing and hub were destroyed and the spindle was severely gouged and worn. Shane was able to get us in that same afternoon. They welded metal onto the spindle and put it on a lathe to make it like new. They had all the parts and by the following morning it was ready. Thanks to their expertise and fine service, it saved our fishing trip.

We called Shane's from Neepawa, MB on our way home to Ottawa.We needed either a plug to fix our flat or potentially 2 rear tires as we didn't want to run the whole way home on the spare. They were able to fit us in, fast, efficient and economical. Thanks again for locking after us!!us

Shane’s tire shop is one of the best tire shops I have ever had to deal with. We needed a patch on our tire two days before leaving Kenora and it turned out the tire was destroyed on the inside. So we needed 4 new tires due to the tread wear on the other tires. Shane’s did not have the size of tire we needed and they could not get tires ordered on time for us to leave town. The front desk lady went above and beyond by calling tire shops around town and found tires for us! Plus they went and picked up the tires and made sure all of my new tires were set up and ready for our family within a few hours. Not only did Shane’s team all went above and beyond they kept their prices fair and helped ensure our family could get on the road to drive back to Alberta within our time frame required. We are forever grateful for Shane’s team! Anyone who has tire or vehicle trouble in Kenora needs to stop at Shane’s!

Shane’s was super to deal with. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment, but once we got our vehicles in they delivered on what they said they could do, when they said they could do it, at the price they quoted. Very happy with their service department and value received. I would highly recommend them.

Shane's is ALWAYS busy. But... do you really want service from a place that always has free time?To call the mechanics here competent is an understatement. They are extremely good and have never had cause to complain about their service. They fix stuff and fix it right the first time.
