“This man was a life saver for an outta town fella (me) on a Friday late late afternoon he did what Canadian tire nearby could not and he did it fast! I was buying a boat I'm the area and I needed to switch hitch balls and purchased a new one from CC and had them "try" to unbolt and bolt the new one onto the hitch. Simple, simple..NOT!!! they treated me like I didn't matter even after stating I was not looking for any favors and I had purchased the part there on site amd them telling me they "could" do it, they could not. I am an auto mechanic and I know how easy it is to swap those (under a minute with an air gun, I believe Tom was under 30 seconds ?I wasn't counting but anyway the guy I bought the boat off of found our I went to Tom and he too had nothing but praise to give over Tom's work and ethic! He said he did a fantastic job awhile back on his Tucson! Thanks so much again Tom for helping me out like that.. I live by "we reap what we sow"”

“Thought I'd give these guys a try, the more expensive wiper blades purchased only lasted 7 to 8 months. More disappointing was the Premium car Battery i bought ($300). The one i was sold had been sitting on the shelf a little over 2 years, i asked to have a New one ordered which took 10 days... to only find out it was deemed Dead and Unable to take and hold a charge. I was then forced to buy the 2 year old battery they had been sitting on. I believe this was their way of pushing/selling old merchandise. After waiting 10 days to find all this out i settled for the Old Battery as i couldn't be without a vehicle any longer. I really was hoping for a Better experience as i like to use the smaller local guys then having to shop at the Big Box stores.

The owner was decent enough to reply to this review and offered to replace the wiper blades free of charge. I didn't except this Very kind offer as i dont believe they sell a bad product on purpose. I do appreciate the generous offer and have decided to use them again as needed. This was very admirable and tells me they are a decent company who stands behind their products. My review has been adjusted accordingly.”

“I have lived in Bradford for most of my life & have moved north of Bradford 8 years ago. Myself & my family have been dealing with Fix Auto for many years and I have nothing but wonderful experience during stressful situations.
