It's fun going to a Ctire store that is different from your normal. This one had a party city aisle and pet aisle, but it cool to see more hunting and ice fishing gear here than in city stores. The have different activities in the area, and of course cater to those. I'll know where to go for serious winter camping sleeping bags (don't forget to look on the very top shelf for "minus a lot" mummy sleeping bags!). Worth a trip for not-city-type activities' equipment.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Buffy at Party City Canadian Tire Keswick. Buffy recommended beautiful balloon arrangements for my Baby Shower. She went over and above my expectations to ensure I was taken care of. She even improved her timeline so that I could come earlier to pick them up and have a stress free day. Buffy you were exceptional.

Great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful and it's really nice going into the store as it's usually not too busy, having moved from a busier location the staff were also very friendly and kind to my kid.

I've been a Canadian Tire customer for over forty years now and the staff and management will still view me as a one time customer. (ever felt that way ? )Over the years I've seen a lot of things such as the Mastercraft, Motomaster labelling scheme, the retailing of often defective and low quality merchandise and the ridiculous mark-ups as well the awful yet carefully thought out return policies designed to protect all of the above and their bottom line. Of course the staff here is carefully trained to support the policies (after all would you want your customer returning a $4.00 item which they have paid $89.00 for even though you can easily return it to your supplier for a credit ? I think not) this is where instore credits come in magnificently (buy something else for around the same deal) lol. Of course you cannot price match identical items when Canadian Tire packages them differently or puts a different name on them (motomaster, mastercraft etc. etc) and the staff is all too pleased to point out the fallacy that they are different. In my opinion this isn't much more than a glorified dollar store with excessive packaging on often tiny penny items and huge markups. They don't care at all about repeat customers and seem to be completely bottom line oriented. That is all wonderful if you are the CEO of Canadian Tire and making well into six figures a year running the show.I now buy 95% of products online. Things probably made in some of the same factories in China with the same and sometimes even better quality control etc. The savings and satisfaction and returns have been absolutely exceptional and the best part is everything delivered to my door quickly and returns without leaving house and without question. This is the new paradigm
