Over 20 years banking here. Booked trips through cibc tour operators using my cibc travel points and Aventura travel credit cards. I even got foreign currency at airport before trip using Aventura travel credit card !!!...... On each trip my cibc Aventura travel card was absolutely useless.... locked. Banking Fees and policies are pickpocket oriented. A little extra consideration over a minor issue for a very long time customer?..... Forget it.

Came in early to use the machine to deposit cheques - last month one machine wouldn't accept the deposit while the other one did. This time neither would accept the deposit! For all of the money CIBC makes - you'd think they could have the machines working! Get with it!!

The staffs are very friendly and they do their job perfectly. However, the branch is very small and it literally requires more tellers to deduct the long line ups

Monday September 27th, at 2PM I was lined up waiting to see a teller and two people were sitting at the one teller right at the front desk, and the young woman sitting right infront of everybody without a face mask and her boyfriend sitting there with his mask on his chin... when I asked the teller Tammy I was speaking with next to them if masks are required she in a very rude tone said NOT IF THEY HAVE HEALTH ISSUES and the young couple obviously did not have any health issues.... IF THIS IS TRUE then they should be served in one of the private rooms which I'm currently sitting in with Sid with the door closed.... if you're going to let people without a mask sit in a bank for over half an hour (or longer that's just how long I watched them) then they shouldn't be sitting infront and everybody forced to walk by them!

Worst service ever I have seen. Specifically at Keswick CIBC branch. I have to give 1 star because I don't have option to give zero star. Everytime for any issue, I have to visit the bank 3-4 times to resolve it. They never resolve it in 1 visit. I live 20 kilometers away from the bank and I have to go to the bank specifically again and again for same issues. I think I should now close my account from this branch. Nobody cares about the customer at this branch. No proper service, no knowledgeable employees, provide incorrect information and unresolved issues for long time. The employees are very rude and unhelpful.
