“Most affordable Gym in Keswick with adequate equipments to keep you busy. They dont have any fancy stuff or modern machines but happy with what I got for the membership price as a couple. You need to call and take appointment to meet the club owner, who is friendly and listen to you well and guide the best package. We liked the honesty and no upsell so booked it promptly. The only complaint/suggestion is to ensure the refill on every paper towels holder and sanitizer solution specially early morning hrs.”

“I have been a member at this GoodLife for more than five years. It is a clean well maintained gym with great staff. They are all friendly and eager to help.
I have been training with Raghav. We have been working on strength and endurance improvement, along with weight loss. My strength is greatly improved. I was able to mountain bike for two and a half hours recently, something unimaginable not that long ago. I have lost a little weight, but my muscle mass is up and my percent body fat is down considerably. Raghav continues to keep me on track, motivated and making achieving my goals enjoyable.”
