We often order Mr.Sub on Doordash and we have consistently had amazing service and food. The food is always fresh, the orders are always correct and the pick-up is always quick and easy!

Had a family gathering today and we decided to try Mr Sub catering. Had a couple of the party boxes and salads. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and great quality from the Keswick location on Woodbine. Our guests totally enjoyed it.

I ordered 6 sub today and got 3 free .I felt bad for the staff because they had to deal with a rude customer that didn’t know how to order online today.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location Woodbine Ave. KESWICK since the other location closed. The first time I visited was after the new ownership took place. My experience then was not great, but I let it go chalking it up to inexperience.Fast forward to tonight, I experienced the same things. Both visits I witnessed verbal and non-verbal abuse to staff, particularly male (boss) to female staffer. In this country men and women are equal and we dont bully, we teach, kindly. The staffer who was being abused was doing NOTHING wrong at all, in fact, the boss man who took over her duties screwed up my sub. If i ever visit again, I will be reporting such abuse to the ministry of labour. My subs were touched by many staff who's gloves were never changed between tasks. I choose Mr. Sub over others because of the care and quality, this was anything but. I will be reaching out to head office in the meantime because my experience was that AWFUL!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They advertised buy 1 get 1 free for national sandwich day today, but when you order online their app isnt user friendly at all. When you select the BOGO special link, you don’t automatically get a free sub. There’s a trick at the end that they don’t tell you about. When I went to pick up my subs I didn't get my free sub. To top it off the staff were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! They were very ignorant. If a customer has a problem it's customary for employees to at least try to help, but instead of helping these employees had no interest in helping, they ignored the problem, and literally called me names. One employee said 'dont you know how to read?' Such an ignorant comment! If I correctly select the free sub link it's not an issue of me not being able to read. It's an issue with your app! Instead of trying to help, all 3 employees left the customers that they were serving so they could gang up on me and bully me. It was the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my life. No exaggeration. I told them I know of others who had the same issue today and they lied and said no one else today had that issue. I know for a fact that's a lie. What I experienced was a total misrepresentation of their BOGO special and then to top it off the staff all ganged up on me. The most horrendous customer service I’ve experienced. In the end I didn’t receive my free sub. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Horrible customer service. An error happened and they call you names and wouldn't even try to help correct it. Used to be a friendly store. Spend your money elsewhere

Always a delicious sandwich here, bread, veggies and meat never sit around.. very good and dedicated owner!
