“After being a customer of Shoppers Drugs for many many years I found myself in a situation where I couldn't refill my High Blood pressure meds for a few days I asked the pharmacist there to cover me till then, but she flatly refused and was very rude about it. I knew The IDA was just a walk away so I walked over, Steven the owner pharmacist without ever knowing me without hesitation gave me enough medication to save me. He's had my family's business ever since.”

“Was unable to get prescription filled at regular pharmacy due to it being on back order. Was told to call around to see if available elsewhere as they were unwilling to call other locations. ( keep in mind I know they have called other locations in other circumstances).
But when I called Georgina Pharmacy, Melissa was helpful and able to provide me with the medication needed and as well offered to contact my pharmacy to get the prescription transferred for completion. Aziz also explained in detail how to use medication. Very pleased with their service.”

“You should have a pharmacist that knows your name, that knows your medications, and knows your medical history. Ben’s is just that. Personal service, great value, and always there to help out their customers. As a person with several regular prescriptions each month, I would rather go to a pharmacist that isn’t open to midnight than those in the big pharmacy chains or tethered to a grocery store.”
