With the exception of one very nice woman that works at the pharmacy here, purchasing Zonnic is becoming more and more frustrating at this location. They perform unnecessary ID checks (I'm very obviously not underage) and ask questions that make it feel like you're trying to purchase a dangerous narcotic. Several times they've made me consider purchasing a pack of cigarettes down the street just to calm my nerves, even though I'm 3 months smoke free thanks only to Zonnic. I understand much of this is thanks to our government but Rexall isn't doing anything to help the situation, in fact, they seem to be continuously making it more and more difficult to acquire this smoking cessation aid. If anyone in management reads this, please do better. You should be promoting the healthy choice of quitting smoking, not alienating those that are already struggling to quit.

refuse to give a covid booster shot because I am the last customer of the day so they do not want to open one up and throw it out. I rather they just lie and say they are out. that is just so insulting.

Absolutely embarrassing š³ customer service today. What a joke. 2 employees working a Saturday shift. Pharmacist has no clue whatās going on. Over 12 people waiting over an hour for assistance and I waited over an hour for a medication that was submitted yesterday at 4 pm.
Still was not ready. Zero compassion and Zero concern for peopleās time etc. I will be looking for a new pharmacy in the future.
Extremely disappointed ā¹ļø and completely unacceptable service today. 0-10

Avoid!! Worst Pharmacy in the GTA! Wifeās doctor sent prescription here because our pharmacy was closed. They gave her a fraction of her prescription and asked if she could come back in two days when they restocked. Went back in two days to pick up the balance and was told the meds had arrived however they hadnāt unpacked the box and asked if she could come back the next day.?!&@! I said Iām pretty sure my wifeās doctor wants her to take the meds immediately. I asked them to send the script to another pharmacy and she then said she could unpack the box. What a joke. Never again!

Switched pharmacies, and I'm feeling so good about my decision. Sam and Shelby treated me with a great deal of dignity and respect in dispensing my prescription, made sure I understood my medication and were calm and patient with me. Thanks so much!

Terrible service wanted to charge dispensing fees 3 times for 4 pills shoppers will get my business for my family going forward and to top it all when we asked to have our files transferred be never seen a business happy to loose customers what a joke lmao

The store is lovely. bright and clean. The pharmacists are very helpful, my prescriptions are ready by the date I have requested (I order online) and the staff are great. I am greeted by name,and served as soon as they are able. Always a pleasant experience.

I live in a small town about 30 minutes away and needed a perscription. They said 90 minutes, which is understandable, so I killed that time in town and went back to find out they had misunderstood the perscription and actually couldn't fill it for another day. That kind of incompetence really sucks.

My interactions with the pharmacist themselves have been good for the most part, however their staff should be trained on how to treat people. As regulated professionals, you should hold yourselves accountable for the way your staff interacts with the public. As a local business owner and a regulated professional myself, I am disgusted with the way I was treated today.Update: The pharmacist did call me later and make an attempt to resolve this equitably. I am increasing my score to 2. I will consider increasing the score again if positive interactions continue.

Iām so angry right now! I moved all of my prescriptions from another pharmacy because Rexall is closer and has better hours. This was 6 weeks ago.So far, they have given me the wrong medication twice, never let me know when my meds were in. Iām now 5 days into withdrawals from my medication because they messed up.They blamed my Dr for now replying. I called my Dr who said they DID call it in.I hate to think about seniors who rely on professionals to help with their health care.This is dangerous for anyone who isnāt able to advocate for themselves.Heading in today to pull ALL my prescriptions and go back to where I was before.Plan to tell them face to face how I feel.

I don't understand how the line can be busy when its an automated answering service, its always an issue trying to through, I shouldn't have to come into rexall just to have my prescription filled to then have to come back. Really really inconvenient- hate the phone system
