Why have ATMs without money in them? I don't know ask this branch. Literally do not stock their ATMs so you'll need to wait in the 40min line to get $20 of YOUR OWN money

What a joke of a business, I show up at 4:30pm the posted hours are 6pm. The doors are locked and a manager hears me try and open the door. She half glances at me, points at the sign which clearly states 6pm, holds 5 fingers up in the air and walks away! I'm left standing there shocked that both a manager could think that was an appropriate way to hanld that situation and that they just can close whenever they want. Good thing I left work early to make it before close.

I would give no stars if I can.Staffs including branch manager (so we were advised by the teller and she was the branch manager and didn’t get any introduction by her) is completely incapable and dismissive, exhibit lack of customer service.All staff require retraining in customer service skills, privacy and what is privacy breach along with diversity and inclusion.Very disappointed after making over a 20k payout.

I have to share this experience I recently had with the Bank of Nova Scotia, as these are difficult times financially. I noticed within 1 hour that I was overdrawn by $1.05 and immediately, within 1 hour went into the branch to make a deposit to cover the overdraft. The teller told me" not a problem as it's only $1.05" I checked Today and of course the filthy rich bank of Nova Scotia charged me a $5.00 overdraft handling fee on a $1.05 Unfiggn believable !

Staff was completely incompetent and dismissive. They couldn't help with a simple yearly renewal I've been doing at another branch every year. They didn't even try to help with the problem or give any insight into what to do essentially telling me to figure it out myself then come back. Just go somewhere else.

This is absolutely the worst bank! They do nothing for the consumer, it’s a bunch of uneducated, unprofessional and i knowledgeable staff. I lost a card and called to get it cancelled....the adviser spent significant time in assisting me...when I asked for my current balance, I was told that was no problem. This helped to put my mind at ease to know that the card had not been used. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and assistance. It was apparent to me that significant value is placed on customer service...other companies/stores in this town could take a lesson from this bank.

if I could not even give a star rating I would.2021 march 6th at 1pm , we had a mortgage appointment booked , and when we had arrived they were closed!!! Not one person in sight, all doors locked. what was even the point of booking an appointment when the branch is not open... clearly they do not value their customers.We not only called the branch itself, but also had reached out to the scotia call center , after an hour wait time... they confirmed i had an appointment booked at the branch.. that i was waiting outside the person on the call center tried to reach out to their branch manager , and even then they could not reach anyone in the branch.Furthermore, we were advised that the branch manager would reach out to us , but still till now after multiple emails and attempts from our end to make contact to call the branch and manager we have yet to even hear back in regards to this.Do not bother with Scotia, they do not value your time and money. find another bank/ branch that will value you and your time time=money.RBC IS IN THE SAME PLAZA MAY AS WELL GO THERE!!!
