Guy who fills propane tanks hates his life and wouldn’t fill my tank. He’s miserable and treats customers horribly. Terrible gas station would never go back. The guy at the front desk is rude as well. I’d rather drive anywhere else than go to this location ever again.

Unpleasant. It doesn't take much effort communicate politely and it feels like none was taken here. Not a typical shell experience, very unfortunate mark against a great brand.

Their car wash is terrible and always leaves behind dirt and soap. Also, the staff don’t help or care about the customers. I recommend choosing another shell location.

Owner operator is very dishonest! He is a crook! Car wash sucks! Would not even buy gas here! This guy is not a part of our community it’s really sad ! Boycott this station. GO to HALO car wash monthly price is the same car wash 1000 % better ...free mat wash and vacuum included

This place is tied with Home Hardware for worst customer service in Keswick.This place deserves NO STARS.Brutal customer service. I wish I had the name of the guy who works here, but he doesn’t have a name tag. I wouldn’t have one either if I was him…Get your gas and lotto tickets anywhere else but here.
