I've always had a great experience with the pharmacy and staff. I am always greeted at the door when I come in and the girls at the pharmacy are pretty quick an efficient despite how busy they are.

was planning to buy stuff but everyone thought i was stealing. manager looked in my bag as i walked out when i decided to take my business elsewhere. really disappointed at the racial discrimination in this store… never shopping here again.

Very unprofessional workers. Every time there is a problem with insurance. For some reason, the insurance does not work every time and employees are asked to pay large amounts. Staff not accurate with client many. This problem does not exist in any other place I have contacted. I try to avoid this pharmacy. They don't answer the phone and it's very difficult to transfer a prescription to another place. Expensive and unprofessional service.

Regarding the pharmacy, better off just going in to speak with someone than waiting on the phone. On more than one occasion I've waited and waited so long until someone had finally picked up the phone only to slam down the receiver without uttering a word. Just mind blowing. When in the pharmacy, you can watch in real time as everyone behind the counter pretends to not hear the phone ringing or, each and every person is simply above answering it.I'm at the point that I push the prompt to indicate I'm calling from a doctor's office in hopes of someone actually taking the call.Staff are nice, that's one thing they have going for them I guess but this current phone system is horrendous.

I want to pass on to the owner and thank the team for excellent customer service—A massive shoutout to Radnall, the pharmacist. Not only was he helpful and respectful, but he was also professional with the ask. Thank you so much, as it was last minute, for going that extra mile. I appreciate it.

Completely inefficient operation, horrendously long waits for prescriptions. They never answer the phone, always so many people milling about behind the counter in what appears to be a complete state of confusion. Is it really a good idea to let these people handle medications?

I called the pharmacy to ensure they recieved my prescription from my doctor at 10am. I was told it would be ready at 2pm. When I got there it still was not ready and not even in queue to be processed. Waited 45mins. This happens every time. I will no longer use this pharmacy.

I went in there for some tech accessories I needed. Asked the girl for what I needed. She picked them out. They weren’t cheap. Almost $60 a usb thing and a charger wire.Both things were wrong and did not fit but I’m told store policy is that is the box is open you can’t return it. Even though I was in about 10 minutes before!Plus! Some unidentified woman came to the cash and started rudely scolding me for raising my voice! ( of course my voice was slightly raised.I was being talked to like she was my teacher or mother! Horrible experience. Never going back there. Had to eat $60 because girl gave me wrong thing

Constant issues with this pharmacy. Scripts not ready when promised, waiting on hold for more than 10 mins is common, large lines for pickups and consults ALWAYS. Always understaffed no one seems to care. Going elsewhere, informed staff and was informed it wasn't their fault. No longer worth the aggravation. Six family members are changing to another pharmacy. Would give zero if permitted.

Used the pharmacy for the last time they texted me multiple times that my prescription was ready and when I went into get it they told me they lost it. This isnt the first issue like this either and have had issues filling both my prescriptions at the same time or giving me the wrong prescription I would recommend not using them

Phone is busy 24-7 I cant ever get through when u do it takes about 30 mins before they answer the phone. Takes hours for prescriptions to get ready. Also funny how the good reviews are all ppl that work for the store. Shopper is a good store just not this one. They comments from upper management say it will be fixed but they don't care about the costumer just your money so sick of this store I'm moving on. What a joke. I called asking for a fax to be sent to my doctors they said they did and my doctors office said they never sent a fax. Called back and they just say sorry for the inconveniences must have been a mistake. Happened a few times now in a year vary incompatint staff. And that only goes for the pharmacy......!! My gold fish could do a better job then this staff team and there about 5 or more behind the desk at all times...? So sad

My mom was refused to get the flu vaccine because she is a "visitor" and don't have a health card, which is ridiculous because according to government website anyone lives in Ontario is eligible for the flu vaccine. Not sure if they're racists.

Some of the store staff are nice and helpful, but pharmacy is always busy and not properly assisting their customers. Waiting time for your medication order used to be max 45 mins when I started going there a few years ago but now minimum 3+ hours and when you are back the order is not yet ready for pickup. Sometimes same applies to the post office, nice people but long waiting time, they need more people but apparently the satisfaction of the customers is not their management team’s concern.
