When recently visiting the Keswick location for early Christmas shopping, I was amazed with the staff at this location. They went out of their way to help me research the gift I was looking for and found me the best price. I could not be happier. There are some great deals going on right now at this location. I'm done with the larger Big Box stores, as the service that i experienced at The Source will keep me coming back for any electronic needs.

I purchased an Acer Aspire laptop from the Source in Keswick on April 12th, 2022, and paid $633.I used it very rarely, perhaps a total of ten times over the course of 10 months.I noticed in March of 2023 that the units screen was flickering and the laptop became inoperable.I took it to The Source, and was told by the employee that it was "not their problem", and to deal with Acer.I then took it to my local repair shop, and the technician advised the unit had one of three issues - an LED problem, an LED ribbon to motherboard issue, or a faulty motherboard.I then contacted Acer and went through a series of home tests with the call-taker. It was decided there was indeed an issue, and I was instructed to ship it to Mississauga, at my cost, $35.The unit was returned to me, and I tested it and it seemed to be working fine. Once again, I put it on a shelf and didn't use it.I went to use the laptop in late June, and the exact same issue had arisen. It was now a mere two months out of warranty, and clearly wasn't fixed properly the first time.I took it back to my repairman, and he determined that the unit, from the start, has had a faulty motherboard.I called Acer and was told that the unit is now out of warranty, but could be be repaired at my cost - $435, plus tax, plus shipping.To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am shocked that the Source does not stand behind an item that was faulty from point of purchase and still under warranty.

So disappointed in the customer service! Went in today because a charger I purchased in December stopped working and I had purchased the extended warranty. I went in and explained I didn’t have the receipt as I was told when I purchased it I didn’t need one. The employee with long dark hair said she would have never said that I said I was told it was through my phone number at which time she said well then that would be through the Extended warranty program looked up my account and said it wasn’t her that I dealt with. However my original purchase was with someone else who sold me the wrong charger (one that wasn’t compatible with Apple) when I returned it I dealt with the same employee who was present when I went in. She seemed more concerned with being rude than anything handed me a pamphlet and told me to call them. I’m so disappointed in the customer service and the fact that when I purchased the extended warranty I was lead to believe I could walk in and do a simple exchange. I will not be returning to this location!

I called the Source in Upper Canada Mall and was told they had 4 Bell TV receivers. When I went there, I had to convince the girl to look in the back. After 10 minutes of not going away she found one and then told me she couldn't sell me one.I went to Keswick Source and Erin sold me one no problem. She was very customer service oriented and knowledgeable. From now on, I will only go to Keswick for my tech.Thank you Erin!!

Their online hours say their open till 9pm but their sign says 6pm.I arrived at their location before 6 and they were closed.

I bought something 2 years ago online and still waiting for my product and they're saying that it has been picked up but no one in my family picked it up so I'm not sure who has my products. I've been fighting with them for a couple of years about this and I'm not sure how to get my money back or my products so I'm taking it to the Better Business Bureau. The source can't just sell something to someone and not deliver it and then state that it has been picked up. I will fight to the end until I get what I deserve. I guess they figure I'm gonna give up and leave it alone and then they make $200 for nothing and then they keep the product and resell it to somebody else So it is a double profit some business that is.

Came in today to buy a video game for my child (man child really since he's 40). The store was well stocked, air conditioned, and the manager Danny was very helpful! Saved me the trip to Newmarket, definitely going to make this my electronics destination!
