Customer service is PHENOMINAL!! Bought a Tilley hat from here when I was in town for a wedding. Unfortunately the hat I had purchased was not under Tilley's "Guaranteed For Life" category although I was told it was by a store rep (honest mistake). Called in and spoke with Daryll, explained my situation and he refunded me the price of the hat in full. This is a fantastic company, with great people and I look forward to coming back to this store if I am ever back in town in the future!

Nice selection of outdoors gear. The owner, Darryl, is an open and modest man, and so naturally I enjoyed visiting the store while in Kincardine. I would definitely buy from here in the future.
