Attended a corporate retreat event here during the Fall season. The rooms were nice, the location was decent, the service, however, was quite terrible. The level of discrimination from the staff, specifically the kitchen staff, was quite appalling. I had made my dietary restrictions clear during the booking stage but was not accommodated. When I spoke to the chef, I received a very dismissive “Well, I don’t know anyone who eats like that.” I was also told that for the meals they could not accommodate, I was okay to go out and get what I need from the store and be reimbursed by Kingsbridge - a reimbursement which I’ve yet to see.
My advice is that if you have a disability of any sort or a particular health condition that requires a special diet, there are better places out there. Don’t waste your time.
My wife (who attended as a guest) had gone to the dining room before the service started and saw the chef complain about my dietary needs to the hostess - unprofessional to say the least.

Beautiful looking venue but was unable to enter as all staff are apparently working from home if no event. I had hoped to just see some spaces and called security (sign on door said to)but they were not willing to meet me at the door. (docked one star for that) but it looks beautiful outside and inside from what I could see.

Had a great experience at the Kingbridge centre when attending a 2 day conference. Rooms, food and service were top notch.

Rooms are quiet and clean , bed and pillowsare comfy, the bathroom tap is old, and they could make noise.
There is only one pool table, and it's old and not maintained .
Food is good , sweets and appetizers are better than main courses.

Me and my freinds came on a school trip and it was great the all you can eat bufet was bussin, I loved it.
Safety: It is a very safe environment.
Food and drinks: They where great.
