Stopped to use the washroom and would have bought something - the worker said “the washroom is out of service”. We are loyal Esso customers and this is unacceptable - Esso should rebrand this location!

Terrible service. I politely asked to use the washroom after purchasing gas, but the employee refused. I was told I had to buy something else to use the washroom, even though I had already purchased gas. On top of that, the owener was rude and disrespectful. Very disappointing customer service. I won't be returning.

Very disappointing experience. I stopped at this Esso for gas while doing deliveries nearby. When I asked to use the washroom, the employee wouldn't let me and spoke to me in a rude manner. A little kindness goes a long way. Definitely not the service I expected.
