South indian girl at counter doesn’t know to scan lottery ticket, she gave me my ticket back and said she can’t scan the barcode as there is another barcode on the top of scratch ticket, also you can’t use there washroom if you are not a PAYING CUSTOMER to them ,never coming back

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman was so so rude. My niece needed to pee after holding it in traffic for nearly an hour and she said no. Lack of humanity. She was almost in tears from needing to go so badly.

The lady who is working on date 7th September 2026 time 4.15 pm is very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to customers…
Very dissatisfied.
