“Honestly it was a good experience!Me and my wife went in to look around and we weren't instantly bombarded by the staff, which is a huge positive! Sheela Dabra assisted us at the appliance section and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us room to look around and didn't hover and try to sell us every product, she just made herself available and offered informed suggestions which is exactly what a sales person should do IMO. We asked her questions and she was knowledgeable and friendly. She took care of me as a military member which is something I really appreciate as a customer and so does my wife. Everything was explained well by her and we ended up going with an extended warranty, which gave us peace of mind and makes a lot of sense (you even get your money back later on as store credit if you don't use it, amazing!). She helped us out when things went south with products not meeting my expectations, which is HUGE! I wasn't given a grief when I need them to take away sub-par appliances, and for that alone this place deserves 5 stars! In fact, we had 2 dishwashers taken away (product was not as described, and the second had a manufacturing defect). Next were the refrigerators, first fridge didn't fit because the doors didn't come off due to some weird manufactures choices, second didn't fit, because again, the measurements for the manufacture were misleading (it was larger at the back than the front, weird).As you can see, Sheela and the team at the brick did A LOT for us, and I am so very grateful!My biggest recommendation for the team is that BEFORE the customer orders a product, every effort should be made to ensure the exact measurements are provided to the customer. Also it should be stated whether or not it can be disassembled by the delivery team or not. This information would have saved us and the brick's team, LOT of time, energy, and inconvenience if was made known to us before placing the order.Overall I highly recommend The Brick Kingston and huge shout out to Sheela for all her help!Will be coming back!”
