I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this beer store. The self-serve machine was broken and didn't print out a receipt for my $250 purchase. When I informed the staff, they didn't provide me with the right products (e.g. 2 beers instead of 2 cases of beer) and couldn't even look up my order.
The staff member was extremely patronizing and outright refused to help me, repeatedly telling me it wasn't his problem that the machine didn't work and it was the best he could do. His attitude was rude and dismissive.
This staff member's behavior was completely unacceptable, and I strongly urge management to take immediate action. Such poor treatment of customers should not be tolerated.

This was a pretty cool experience. Staff were very friendly and they had a huge variety. The downside was the electronic ordering stations were super slow, and the parking lot entry to the road was a bit rough. But I did get to buy lots of tasty beer to enjoy.

Really nice and helpful staff there : as Frenchies we didn’t know much about how the store worked and about what they had in stock. We now have some tasty stuff to drink around tonight’s fire pit :)
