I had the juxtaposition of two bank visits in 15 min - Scotiabank Gardiner's for a money order. The lines were the same length. I waited 6 minutes at Scotiabank and was treated kindly. At BMO Cataraqui Center, I waited almost 20 minutes. The tellers were talking about their allergies and allergist and had no idea how to complete the transaction I needed. (despite very clear instructions.) Please consider visiting this branch if you find utter incompetence hilarious, because you will be suitably entertained!

I hate to say that. But it is the worst BMO branch I have been! We had an appointment. We were there on time and waited for half hour. They said they were with other customers because we were late. But, we are not! The people at the front desk had horrible attitude. I was so surprised. It is the first time to get a terrible service at BMO..

This is the best branch to go to. I used the bank machine to do a deposit this morning. I love how the new systems count what you deposit & put a picture of cheques you deposit on the receipt. Today's transaction went flawlessly as usual, that is until about 10+ mins later I received a call from branch member that someone had turned in my wallet! OMG that is the worst news to hear.! I returned as soon as possible. My wallet was in tack including cash I had in it. I was surprised and happy to see that. It makes me feel good to know there are honest people in Kingston. I too would do the same. You hear stories of never seeing their wallet, cards or cash again. Happy ending to this story. I want to thank this BMO location for their promptness in contacting me. Kudos to you! I wish I knew who turned it in so I could thank them, so i will shout-out to them here.." Thank You for being Honest! I'm a senior, would be hardship to replace what might have been lost... :)Char....

this branch has had it ups and downs over the past 2 years, some being longer wait times, and short staff other times, the respect these employeesgive to there costumers, even the ones who give them a hard time, have earned my respect and now would not go any where else to do my banking, I could not find better service great staff and cheaper rates then BMO, and if you book your appointment no wait times at all

Met with Sarah for our mortgage renewal. She was very professional, informative and really took the time to make sure we were getting the right product for us.We were early to our appointment but she still took us in early.She was very nice to deal with.

Kudos to the blonde woman who had to deal with the j*** who was really loud, rude, and couldn’t keep his mask on. He continuously tried to escalate the situation with profanity and threats to call corporate and she kept her cool. Management should have really stepped in to protect its employees.

Short staffed and the employees are overworked and underpaid. Corporate doesn’t care. It’s hard to do business with a bank that doesn’t care.

Adrian is exceptional. I attended for a few matters which he was all able to resolve and advise on immediately, as well was able to make recommendations on how to access higher level account for free. Easily the single most effective trip to the bank I have ever had. If the rest of the staff are half as good as him then this bank deserves all 5 stars.

Went to use the machine lineup was out the door for the teller with nobody social distancing inside the machine area and no staff trying to enforce social distancing and masks , you would almost think there's no pandemic going on walking in here .

Thanks to the BMO Digital Care Team who looks after their clients when the customer service cannot provide assistance. I received their promotion even if I havent met their requirements due to misunderstanding. Now I am enjoying more my banking with them.
