Brittany was incredible to deal with. Her and her colleagues helped me navigate sizes while I was chasing my threenager around the store. Her other colleague, female, auburn hair with stick and poke hand tattoos was very patient with me as I was only giving her half my attention. She helped me physically pay as I had to grab my kid. The two district managers were also kind.
Brittany showed my little one a sneak peak of the stockroom from afar which impressed the 3 year olds mind.
I would shop here again. Thanks team.

Ask for Brittney (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). It felt like I had a personal shopper with how attentive she was. She must have shown me 8 different pairs. I left with two. Thanks for your help!

Never shop here in Kingston. Awful service. They wouldn’t take new never worn shoes back claiming that they had been worn already when they were too small and were just walked around in my apartment. Very rude.

We had to exchange a pair of shoes and the customer service was second to none! I was really happy about it!!!The level of professionalism, including the attention and cordiality by both Rayaan and Hannah is commendable!

1 week old and already coming apart. I'm very disappointed in this as I have a hard time finding size 11 wide.

These folks know customer service. After a huge online order was bungled, they processed a ton of returns and we exchanges to fix the mistakes that the online company had made. Can't thank them enough.

I spent over 1 hour in store trying to find the perfect boot. I have issues with calf heights and widths. The manager helped me for over an hour and attending to my every need. I couldn't decide what I wanted on my first trip, but she was kind and compassionate about this and supportive of me "thinking it over". Often times, sales associates show their frustration or disappointment when their hard work doesn't pan out. She did not. I absolutely returned the next weekend bought my perfect pair! Amazing customer service. Thank-you so much.

I bought a pair of shoes with the matching bag. I thought it was weird she used Magic eraser to clean them but didn’t say anything. I didn’t end up going to that work party. So I went back to return the purse and shoes(they stayed in my trunk all weekend). She implied they looked worn but returned them anyways.
So my question is why would you sell me shoes that you thought were already worn?
Will never be going back to this location. So disappointed

Went there on a Wednesday morning around 10:30 looking for shoes for my daughter for prom. Selection was so-so, prices were reasonable however they had one person working in the store. The woman was taking care of us and then had a lineup 4-deep at cash, then a delivery man showed up. My daughter had tried on the size given and was waiting for the woman to come back to get us another size. We waited 15 minutes and she was still waiting on the ever-growing lineup. So we left without making a purchase. They really need two people working. One to handle cash and the other to assist customers.
