“I recently went into Best Buy mobile as I had an issue with my brand new phone. I called my carrier company multiple times for help as well as Apple (phone is an iPhone). I did not purchase my phone through Best Buy mobile however Liz at the Kingston location was amazing. I was extremely stress out as no one was listening to my concerns about my phone and giving me the run around and Liz personally helped me. She was able to get my phone working properly and I will forever be grateful for that. I will forever and a day continue to go to that location simply because of her and her wonderful customer service.
