Every time I shop at this store the security guard follows me around and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I like to read ingredients but I do not feel comfortable doing that when the security guard is standing a foot away from me watching my every move. I shop at other grocery stores and none of them make me feel this way. From reading the reviews I am not the only one that feels this way. For that reason I will not be returning.

they hired security guards to stalk and intimidate paying customers, who are just taking their time choosing between different types of frozen fruit. yes, this happened.

I love this location, I walk my dog downtown atleast once a week and this is right on our path. Great place to pop in for a few things.

Bought sourdough niche bread as a treat for myself and within days (well before best before date) it is covered in mild. Produce is horrible quality, often found to be moldy on shelf or once I get it home and cut it open, especially peppers. Regularly out of stock, empty shelves. Poor selection compared to other locations (I realize it is much smaller). Only good quality is it’s proximity to my work and great staff (especially the petite Asian lady who works the self-checkout most mornings). Stick with pantry items.

As I entered the store before shopping, I asked the cashier where the washroom was and she was so rude ,standoffish, and gave me a condescending stare down like I was a homeless person and lied to me that there is no bathroom and it's not available. Classless!

The lady's in the produce department and very nice and friendly the fruit and vegetables are always moist and fresh hands down the best grocery store in kingston .

I've always liked food basics, especially the ones that are fast paced and moving items quickly, so you can get the best quality if if you could possibly get it, however, this time when I shopped I bought a watermelon which went bad two days later, I was surprised how ever not happy with that, and will be more cautious with watermelons
