Today I went into the Kingston location looking at the Cleveland XL Halo irons. I spoke to Matt Rocci who spent a lot of time with me. He is extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. After quite a bit of time Matt was able to get me the perfect shaft for my swing. I really appreciate all what Matt did for me and I look forward to dealing with him in the future. Thanks SO MUCH Matt.

Had a great experience. Nick was extremely helpful in helping me find everything and was very knowledgeable about golf. Really felt like he cared. All staff were very kind and I would definitely recommend this location.

The best customer service that I have ever experienced... in any industry(Vehicles, ATV'S/Sleds, Hiking/Camping & Fishing abroad)... Been around the golf scene for 30 years... Trevor and the Team were above and beyond reproach... recommend them 7 days a week and twice on Sunday...

I recently had an iron fitting with Matt. He was friendly, easy-going and knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that he was very professional and patient considering my level of experience with the game. As a new golfer, I wasn’t sure what to expect out of it, but I can now say that it was definitely worth the money. It was super informative. Matt provided valuable info about what irons are best suited for me based on my swing and other factors that I otherwise would not have known about, which will be super helpful for me as I upgrade clubs. Overall, great experience – thanks Matt.

Had a warranty issue with my sons golf clubs and Josh the store manager went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and had him out golfing that day!

I was not impressed by the staff at this particular location. The x2, I encountered seemed uninterested in helping customers. Any queries for assistance were met with a lethargic and uncaring attitude. Not a positive experience in this store.
I would like to provide an addendum to my previous review. Although,I stand by my original impression,I was contacted by Trevor,the Manager to discuss my issues. He definitely understands the importance of customer relations and he was sincerely apologetic. He seemed like a lovely man,and, I really appreciated his phone call to follow up. Just because of him,I will give GolfTown one more shot.

WORST GOLFTOWN EVER!! Let me be clear, I phoned a day in advance to ensure I would have no issues because I live about 2 and 1/2 hours away!!!!!. I called on July 6th at 640pm to inquire about some grips (6 golf pride cpx and 3 tour wrap, both in midsize) and if my clubs could be regripped same day they were dropped off. I was told they were in stock and could be done same day. great! The next day (July 7th) I drove the 2 and 1/2 hours to the Kingston store and arrived shortly after noon hour. When I got to the service desk and explained what I was after the guy went into the back and came out with nothing. We do not have those grips in stock. When I asked how that was possible because I called yesterday to ensure this wouldn't happen, I was met with a smug look and a sarcastic comment from the kid behind the desk. He then continued to tell me that I would just have to pick a different grip. No! I do not want a different grip, what part of calling ahead was missed here? He then offers me the cpx in an "undersize" which is just a ridiculous suggestion and hints that the person behind the pro shop desk knows next to nothing about golf clubs. Why would someone who requires a "midsize" grip drop TWO sizes down to and "undersize" grip? Ridiculous to even suggest that. Why would you fit a golfer into something that doesn't match their needs. No offer of a discount or free install to make up for the issue. nothing. So at the end of the day I wasted $50 in gas, 5 hours driving to and from the store and didn't even get my clubs re gripeed. WAY TO GO GOLFTOWN!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY IN ANY GOLFTOWN STORE AGAIN.

This is Lee writing from my fathers phone. I just want to say that my experience at GolfTown Kingston was AMAZING! I shopped around last week and was met with lots of kindness, and patience from the staff. I boomed a fitting session for today and I was not disappointed! Shoutout to Rocci, this was my first ever fitting session and I was very nervous but Rocci made me feel very comfortable and welcome. He was able to answer all my questions, he is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very detailed and went to great lengths to help provide me a great fitting session! This is the golf shop to go to, you will not be disappointed!
