“Josh at the Cataraqui Mall in Kingston was a tremendous help to me today. He was extremely patient ( with a senior customer) and knowledgeable not only with the various plans Telus and Kudo offer, he listened to my situation and assessed my needs before laying out the various options. He also did not pressure me to make a decision immediately but gave me time to talk it over with my son. He also is going to call me back in January if I have not gotten back to him in the meantime. He also asked about my current Internet provider and whether he could give me a better price for that. In the future if Telus gets TV I would consider looking at a bundle option. Finally, he went over and above in straightening out an issue with my Gmail app on my phone and collecting all my icons onto my first screen. Thank you Josh, and also Crystal, Evan and Abby for being such a great team as Josh consulted with his team mates at different points and they looked after others coming in so no one went without service. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the customer service of this team.”
