I had purchased a ring from Etsy and had concerns as to it being genuine. The size of the ring was misrepresented on Etsy so I had asked Terry to solder two bands together to make the ring stronger. When attempting this some rose gold flaking occurred. Terry took it upon herself to have it laser tested, appraised and then she repaired the rough gold. I paid for the bands to be soldered but Terry did all of the investigation, appraisal and repair without charge. What a wonderful, upstanding, honest and caring business! Thank you so much to Terry & Staff!”
