“I should have written this review ages ago, but better late than never. I wanted to give props to Peter, Natasha, and their team at Frontenac Jewellers. I originally went here several years ago just to get a watch sized, and I have been going back ever since. Besides the fact they do great work, I am particularly impressed by the fact that this business has been operating in Kingston since 1946, (This information is available on their webisite under the subcategory, About.) To think that this business has been around essentially 80 years is mind boggling, but if you go there, you'll understand why. The staff are pleasant, professional, and their work is top notch. They are located in downtown Kingston, so it may take a few minutes to find a parking spot, but trust me, it's well worth it. You will also be supporting a legitimate, locally owned business, not one of the jewelry chain stores that are prevalent in the local shopping mall. Personally, I go here to get my watches serviced, but a quick look at their website will show that their services extend far beyond watches.”

“Excellent staff!! I needed a tiny screwdriver to change the batteries on my heart rate monitor strap. The watch place at the mall wanted $25 just to have a look at it and it was a 30 minute wait. The staff here worked on it right away and only charged me for the battery. I highly recommend supporting this business.”

“I had an excellent experience this year having custom earrings made. I admittedly was a difficult client as I changed my mind a few times and was very picky however Armen brought in new stones for me at least four times and listened closely to what I wanted while being mindful of my budget. I had London topaz earrings made and just gifted them and they looked exquisite and the recipient put them on and wore them for hours. The process from stone selection to final construction was very timely. I will definitely use this jeweller again and recommend to anyone.”

“Got my 2nd daughter's ears pierced here and it was fantastic my hubby was almost in panic mode so scared to hurt her but I explained that everything would be fine and my first daughter was fine 9 years ago but in the Oshawa mall. We had a bad experience in Belleville with my ears pierced so wanted to go out of town to be safer and we were in Kingston for my littles eye exam thank you for explaining everything being so kind and friendly and having your other staff member help with distracting out baby. Would definitely recommend other comes see you. And first time needing to book an appointment so was so thankful you squeezed us in.”
