I’ve been a loyal customer of Kingston Dodge Chrysler for over five years. I even bought a brand-new Dodge Challenger from them, and at the time of purchase they gave me a promo card for 5 free oil changes. I completed four oil changes without any issues.
However, when I went in for the final oil change—the one that should have been free—they told me they had stopped that promo and refused to honour it. They also wouldn’t punch the last hole on my card. After staying loyal for years and trusting their word, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
A dealership should stand by the promotions they offer at the time of sale, especially for repeat customers. This experience makes me reconsider continuing my business with them.

I recently purchased my 2023 Dodge Ram from Kingston Dodge and had the most amazing experience. As a first time truck owner I had lots of questions and some nerves for sure.
