Fantastic service! Stoppd yesterday when my rear right brake light was out! Kingston Honda quickly and affordably replaced the bulb and had me on my way ASAP! Thank you again for helping a panicking traveller! Great servoce team!

We went to Honda Kingston today to get our car serviced and the man who sat at the service desk was quite rude. We are new drivers and first time car buyers so we had questions about the car. Every time I needed clarification on something he said, “I already explained it to you” with clear frustration and impatience. I told him he made me very uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate the fact that he wasn’t being patient when answering my questions to which he replied that I was turning things on him. I have never had such a bad experience with Honda before. I am very disappointed by the service I received. I do not recommend anyone coming here.

If I can put no stars I would ! The worse dealership . Outside of Kingston they are so much better . Here forget it don’t take your car there go outside of Kingston . They don’t even have shuttle either . They leave you hanging and they give you an apt for nothing . I think they should be inspected by the main Honda to check this corrupted place .

Very impressed with the Service department! Thought my wiper blade arm had broken this morning , so I drove over without an appointment. The young lady at the service desk asked me to pull right into the service bay to have a look. She knew what was wrong right away,grabbed some tools and fixed it while I watched. Amazing. Can’t even get this kind of service at a neighbourhood garage let alone my Acura dealer! I’ll be back for sure! Wish I’d caught her name!

Very disappointed in their service. Bought a car this week and mentioned to sales guy needed dependable car quickly. Was told it would take 2 or 3 days. Now that things are finalized being told it will take a week. They just say what is needed for a sale.

Came in for a serious enquire of a car.
Was assisted by Mr Nick, and he just assumed that we were not capable of buying the car and refused services.
Never coming back to this location nobody deserves this kind of embarrassment.
