Lori was very attentive to my requests and to my time while assisting me. She was able to hold and keep a (faux fur silver fox cropped) coat behind the counter until I returned to the store. I had seen it online, fell in love with it and knew that I had to have it for the gala in Toronto that I was attending the very next day.
When I did return later the same day, she assisted me by name which was very customer service oriented! She also assisted me in selecting a matching clutch and some jewelry to go with it. The clutch was stunning. And when I told her that I was hypoallergenic and have very sensitive skin and that I have to be careful with jewelry, she was very helpful to me. She told me that the jewelry was nickle free and that no one had returned any jewelry for allergy purposes which was excellent to hear so I purchased a necklace and I had no issues with waring it.
Ladies you must shop here at this location. I recommend that you ask for Lori, and I would check out this fabulous coat because it's that special.

I was shopping in the store today, looking for a formal gown. While I was looking at the sales rack, a young worker said in a hurried tone "That's the petite size rack! Small sizes!"
To say I was humiliated would be saying the very least. I am a larger lady. Wear a size 16. I was simply looking, not requesting her assistance nor was I requesting to try anything on.
I found her demeanor to be very rude and she made me feel bad about myself.
Shame on her, shame on me for allowing her ignorance to bother me.
I definitely won't be back.

Cute jeans but the smell is overwhelmingly bad. Can't get it out after many washes. I had to give them away. What about the people who make these jeans- exposed to the chemicals.

I bought a pair of jeans here. They had a chemical smell. I think they spray them with something in the factory. I wore them and washed them many times, the smell hasn’t gone away. Such a strange experience. I’ve never had jeans smell like chemicals before. Whatever they put on the material cannot be good for people or the environment. Definitely will not shop here again.

Shopping for my elderly mother on March 16th we had exceptional service when dealing with Chaithali! My mothers mobility isn't good therefore she isn't able to travel the store searching for the item we were looking for. Chaithali was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. She took the time to search for what we had in mind. With her help we found exactly what we were looking for. Chaithali made our shopping efficient and successful!

Excellent clothings for ladies, loads of styles, variety of modern designs , beautiful colors. Store had 40 to 70% sales. We loved it.

While the store is well kept and stocked, I'm always disappointed by the regular prices as it is in an outlet setting. Most items are priced as the regular store.

Amy at Laura, 97 Dalton Ave. Kingston was most accommodating. When one is put at ease when purchasing items, you will repeat shopping. I found the staff at this store are very familiar with the materials and items which will blend tastefully.
