“Rajat was professional, helpful, and courteous. He listened to my wants and needs before proceeding to find the best plan possible. He made sure I took advantage of every deal, and he explained the important plan features to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a new phone, phone plan, or both.”

Costco wireless kiosk, 1015 Centennial Drive, Kingston ON K7P 3B7
“I wish I could recall who I dealt with today (it was a female) at the WIRELESS Cellphone Kiosk at the Costco here in Kingston. I made an appointment for 10:30am this morning. The experience was excellent! I have never dealt with Costco in terms of cellphone business and it was extremely positive. I was interested in upgrading my phone as I have been using an old iphone for a very long time. The person at the kiosk explained to me my options, the differences between the phones I was considering and provided personal experience with the models/generations. This person was very knowledgeable and as I need time to consider my options, I am certainly going to book another appointment in the near future to purchase my new phone. I would highly recommend!”
