“I would highly recommend Alex for your pets. I was travelling over the holidays while an incident had happened, and my little man had split his toenail. I tried to take him to Petsmart with no avail. They explained to me that they could not cut his nails because he did not have his rabies vaccination papers with him at the time. Unfortunately, my vet was closed and I couldn’t obtain these papers. They were of no help Alex at pet value was more than accommodating and did not require any papers to cut his nails. She was a lifesaver while we were traveling. She has empathy and compassion and took the time to fit my guy in to make sure that we had an enjoyable Christmas. He healed amazingly I will definitely be bringing my business to her the next time we are in the Kingston area of travelling.”
“I love Finaddicts. I always go in to talk with Jay. He has so much knowledge on reptiles; I never feel unsure about what I'm doing or what I'll need to make my new critter live the best life. When I leave the store, I also love that ppl can drop off their unwanted reptiles and they will find them good homes. This place is great, I highly recommend it. All the staff are very nice as well. It's also great if you're looking to take in a reptile that has been dropped off and needs a home. I just got my 3-year-old bearded dragon from there, and he is so amazing”
“Just moved to Kingston from out of province, wasn't able to find my dog's specialty diet dog food at any of the petstores here. Thankfully ,I called this Global pet store and they were professionals and able to special order it in during the Holidays. Which might I add, none of the other petstores were willing or able to do. So grateful to be treated as a valued customer by the professional staff , highly recommend this Global Pet. I certainly now know where I will be purchasing all of my pets' food and supplies.
