“Went there today to get a prepaid credit card and had amazing customer service from the staff onsite. Unlike the contracted call centre for the credit card, the staff valued my experience and did not talk down to me. I have some past call centre experience in my CV and understand that it is never a good idea to let your headset pickup laughter in the background when on a call with a client.”
“Very friendly staff, super patient and informative. Only downside of this post office is that it closes rather early on Sunday afternoons, caught me by surprise when I tried to drop a package off and it was closed haha”
