The bank Manager at the Gardiners road location is awful (Ian). Talks to you like you are scum when we came for help with a banking issue. Was never EVER treated this way at CIBC. Disgusting behaviour, if he treats one person this way, im sure many more have had the same type of encounter. Do better RBC.
