Store seemed well stocked and I saw other employees being kind and very helpful to customers. However, when I asked an employee today to help me find a product from the ordinary that the app said was in stock the employee told me that they had it in the back but I should come back tomorrow after they stock the shelves. I overheard a different employee offer to get back stock of another item for a different customer. So seems like most the employees are helpful but this was specifically wasn’t.

I popped in quick just to browse and had the pleasure of chatting with Danielle. She was very informative about the products in the store as well as she took the time to figure out my skin type to help me find products that would best suit me, including the proper shade. It was such a great experience! I’m very happy with the times I walked out with.

Staff is not very welcoming nor are they friendly. During my visit today most of the staff ignored me and the cashier was very cold and unfriendly like I was a burden to her.

I Visited This Location Of Sephora In Catrique Center Kingston. And Asked For My Skin Type From One Of Their Worker (Leyla) She Was So Sweet And Her Way Of Speaking Was So Polite. She Helped Me Out With The Product That I Should Use.THANKU :)

Girls who work here need some serious customer service training. They are rude and condescending and acted as if it was a burden to help people. You would think with only one Sephora in Kingston they would have a better vetting process of who they put on the front lines. Disgraceful and disgusting.

I have been using sephora products for long 5 years, i love the products but i stopped going to the location near by me in Kingston because of very bad and mean customer service.There is a girl name DESTINITY always being very rude and if i ask any question she makes me feel down seems like i dont belongs to Sephora,i had a beauty lesson with her she provided kind of damaged products on my face was talking by underestimating also the store manager VICTORIA & Destiny they looks at head to toes of mine gossiping and laughing.i had 3 years of retail experience in Canada i appiled there from last year ,when i went to the store to ask the manager she said you might not a good fit then She(Victoria) & Destiny laughing behind me .I felf very very disrespectful .I wont be going to the store anymore.Please take some action otherwise they gonna be cause of people anxiety,depression.

The store itself is quite well stocked but there’s a girl named Destiny who usually stands by the front always makes me feel uncomfortable. This has happened every time I’ve been shopping in store. As another review mentioned, she was obviously treating me differently. She also talks in quite a condescending manner and gives judgmental looks, which is why I won’t be going to this store anymore.

I've had my makeup done by both mallory and destiny they both do an incredible job everytime ! they both take the time to communicate and make sure they know what you want and do it perfectly. I would highly recommend either on for any event !

Destiny did my makeup for engagement pictures. She was so nice, positive and explained each step as she went. She also used products that complimented my features. It was a very humid day and my makeup still looked amazing at the end of the day!

I have been going to Sephora for 5 years for makeup application for big events (weddings, anniversaries) and have never been disappointed. I have done many different looks and each one was done with such professionalism & passion! I have frequently had Jess & Destiny who are incredible and true artists!!
